Is there anything you feel is having a negative impact on your enjoyment of your property?: Cottage rentals and Airbnb‘s unfortunately some cottage owners don’t seem to care about the other cottagers and the negative impact some renters have on the lake community. We have had a rental cottage beside us for 10+ years with only one or two issues because the owners are very aware how renters can negatively impact the community.
